To open the registry with elevated privileges, click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt and then point to Run as administrator. In the command prompt that opens, type regedit.exe.
Than I get regedit.exe. is not reconized as an internal or external command.
I need to get two keys out of my computer that optimizer left behind.
I have windows 7.
Also I don't know why internet exporer keep comming up with a error and must shut down. Now what's up with that?
Hope you can help me. Thank you

You cannot get a refund, as you have been injected with malware. This is a scheme. Please follow the steps to remove the malware from your computer. Only purchase from reputable companies such as McAffee, Malwarebytes, etc.

Somehow I got PC Optimizer Pro on my computer when trying to download a supposedly legit dvd burn program. When I try to uninstall it says Destination folder access denied. You need permission to perform this. How do I go around this? Or how do I uninstall this? Thanks for any help you can provide.

You need to be in safe mode. This will allow you access to the files.
I'm going to update this thread with a bunch more information as it seems to be quite a frequent issue.

Thanks for the quick reply. I will wait to see the info you will add. I am hardly a computer whiz. So hopefully I can understand all the info.
