Introducing the Zendesk for iPad App!

Zendesk for iPad brings the same capabilities of the Zendesk agent interface to the iPad's easy-to-use, multi-touch interface. You have the same access to your Zendesk ticket activity as you have from the online interface -- allowing you to view and manage tickets from anywhere.

Our own customer advocates have been testing it for the last month and it's been a hit! In addition to freeing support from the desktop, we've also built some new Zendesk features currently exclusive to the iPad app. An activity stream lets you see the latest updates to tickets you own.
